Renting property is a big financial commitment, it also an emotional commitment and letting agents or landlords my only hear from tenants when there is a problem or when they are about to leave a property. What is harder to gauge is how satisfied tenants are with their overall living experience and the management of the property.
With our independently managed surveys, letting / estate agents can measure if they are meeting landlords’ and tenants’ expectations and identify those services which are considered to be most important.
